These effects poteintiate and help in repair and regenerative processes in rabbit skin wound. <strong>Method: </strong> for this proposes Ash from buffalo dung – cake, was prepared and analyzed. The Ash was applied besides Polyfax<sup>TM</sup>, one of the topical applications as control and the process of healing was observed for two weeks physically and histologically. <strong>Results: </strong>A significant difference between the effects in healing was observed in control and experimental. Moreover the skin tissue repairing rate by ash is bigger and faster. <strong>Conclusion: </strong>This study confirms that the Ash played a very positive role and repaired the wound within a period of 7-11 days. This consistency between Polyfax<sup>TM</sup> and Ash expresses the ability of Ashe in healing the wounds.
